1. Who Can Use Aimee

To use Aimee's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• You agree that any information you provide is accurate and complete
• You accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• You agree to maintain the security of your password and account

2. What Aimee Does

Aimee is your AI-powered personal outdoor associate that provides:

• Personalized travel plans and destination recommendations
• Weekend getaways and outdoor activity suggestions
• Itinerary planning based on your preferences, profile, and contextual needs
• Travel advice and assistance tailored to your interests

Some features are free, while others require a subscription or one-time payments (see Section 6 for details).

3. Use of the Service

By using Aimee, you agree to use our service responsibly. You agree not to:

• Use Aimee for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Interfere with the operation of the AI or platform
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content generated or suggested by Aimee without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Account & User Responsibility

When you create an account with Aimee:

• You are responsible for any actions taken under your account
• You may not share login credentials with others
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You must maintain and promptly update your account information
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Xpertell B.V. may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms at our sole discretion.

5. Third-Party Links and Affiliate Partners

Aimee may direct you to third-party sites and services, including:

• Booking platforms for accommodations, flights, and activities
• Travel service providers and tour operators
• Restaurant reservation systems and event booking sites

Important: Xpertell B.V. is not responsible for the services, content, or policies of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Affiliate links may generate commission revenue for us at no additional cost to you. This helps us maintain and improve our free services.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Aimee offers both free and paid features:

• Paid features may be available via monthly/annual subscription plans or one-time purchases
• All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 48 hours before renewal
• You can manage your subscription through your account settings

Refund Policy: No refunds are provided unless required by law or stated in writing. All sales are final.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights belong to Xpertell B.V., including:

• All content (excluding user-submitted data), branding, and algorithms
• The Aimee name, logo, and associated trademarks
• Software, features, and functionality of the service
• AI models, recommendations, and generated content

You may not reverse engineer, reuse, or redistribute any proprietary content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Important Disclaimer: Aimee is an AI-based assistant and does not replace professional travel advice or official bookings.

• Xpertell B.V. is not liable for any losses, missed bookings, or inaccurate suggestions
• Our service is provided "as is", with no warranties or guarantees
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures or changes
• You should always verify information and use your own judgment when making travel decisions

In no event shall Xpertell B.V., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Aimee will be resolved in the competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to the Terms

Xpertell B.V. may update these terms at any time. We will notify users via email or in-app notices when material changes are made. Continued use of Aimee after updates implies acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically for any changes.
